Went to the Hp driver download site and the HP deskjet 9800 is not available for Windows 7 for direct download.

None of the suggestions have worked for me.  funny thing is it printed on a plain piece of paper even though it was set for envelope on my Hallmark software.

I'm having the same problem with my new Photosmart 6510 printer. Did you find a solution, return your printer, or just live with it?
