I am trying to print envelopes from Stamps.com - when I run the configuration procedures to setup Stamps.com to print on the J6400 Series printer. I place the envelopes in the printer as indicated - press the button to have Stamps continue the setup process. When I do this - the printer feeds the envelope - stops - shoots out the envelope and says "Paper Mismatch" . Within stamps.com - I indicate that I want to print on a #10 envelopes so I'm not seeing what I am doing wrong. I have setup this up to print on my Oki which works fine - but it's broken.

Sounds like the software is expecting some form of different paper type for some reason. To get this corrected, please call Stamps.com Customer Support at 1-888-434-0055 (open Mon-Fri 6 am to 6 pm PT). Our techs will have some backend tools to see why your printer is sniffing out a paper mismatch.
