Peculiar problem with F370 a-i-o printer. Printing is rather lethargic. Printer was not in use for 1 year. Installed new cartridge combo 21+22. Printing is taking ages. What could be the reason?

Hi,
I found this document on the product support page for your Deskjet F370 AIO...
See if the steps in the document help. If not, let me know and I'll dig a little further.
I am employed by HP

Hi!
Thanks for your suggestion. I have tried it and it appears to be working. However, I want you to know that I had also taken another measure before receiving your mail and things had improved. I realised that the cartridge cradle was not moving smoothly. Perhaps I got an alert also - I do not remeber. So I cleaned the shaft on which the cradle moves first with a dry cloth, then with a moist cloth and again with a dry cloth and left the printer to dry out by itself under the ceiling fan. Since then there appears to be an improvement in the performance.
Thanks for your support anyway.

Captain TJ
After replying to you I tried to test print once again. The issue persists.
