Problems printing envelopes.

When trying to print a #10 envelope, the printer is not printing in the area that corresponds to the diagram to select the position of the envelope. I have tried every position as a setting but none work for the right side with the flap up.  The printer is a Photosmart C410a, product # CQ521A.

Re: Problems printing envelopes.

I would go here, input your operating system, then look at the update section:

Re: Problems printing envelopes.

Took me a while to get it to work, but it is working correctly now.  When I first loaded the new drive, it wouldn't work so I deleted all the drives and then downloaded it again.  Then it would load, but when I tried to print it was going to the wrong location.  It took me a while to figure out how to change the location..Then it was still printing in the wrong location.  I then tried to change the orientation of the envelope and it prints the right side of the printer (where the envelope feed is located) when the printer envelope feed is set for the left side feed.  Finally working!  Thanks for your help.

I am having trouble printing a number 10 envelope on a OSX. The margins don't match the preview. Any suggestions?
