Sir,
I am very much sorry to say that HP has very poor after sales service.I have given my printer for repair on 11-07-2011 and still i have not got it back.I have given at at REDINGTON jammu and from that day they are saying me that we will repair it in two days and more then three months have passed and they have not repaired it. I am using it for billing purposes at my office and from that day i have to do it manually.I have really to suffer a lot. {Content Removed: legal discussion} Its is the duty of the company to give after sales service to the customers and by giving this kind of services the company is loosing its valuable customers.
I WOULD LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR REPLY AND A RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.
