I have been threw the manual and verified the correct porwer source is conected to both printers. Printer works fine while it is on and the power light stay green and the wireless icon stays light when goes into sleep mode. Problem we have with BOTH printers is that once they go into sleep mode you can't just walk up to the printer and make a copy or send a print job to printer. EVERY time you want to use this 4850 once it is in sleep mode you have no choice but to unplug it and plug it back in. It is the only way to wake it up for use again. We realy hope to find a solution to this or we will have to buy to new printers. Takes way to long to wake them up.
