Hello,
I've just installed a Photosmart 7510 and have it up and running. It prints random documents that I select without any problem but will not print a check from my Quicken account. I had the "Print Doctor scan" installed and it found no problems. I did not have this problem with my old HP printer.
Any assistance in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Merlin. Are you using the Quicken application or using Quicken online? Also which version of Quicken are you using? Can you print from other applications like Word or Notepad?
If you are able to print from other applications fine but not Quicken I recommend checking out this article on how to reset the Quicken printer settings: Unable To Print From Quicken. Here are the tests Quicken recommends:
- Update to the latest release.
- Choose File menu > File Operations > Validate and Repair.
- Check the options to Validate File and Reset all Quicken printer settings.
- Click OK.
- See if you can print.
