Unable to Print Photos (4X6) on HP Photosmart 5510.

Hello I am unable to print photos that even look decent!

 

I have changed the settings to 4X6inch, set to HP Advanced Photo Paper,

 

But the photo keeps printing blurry and photos that are still wet with ink!

 

Can someone please help me out!? Tech noob.

Could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? What operating system are we using and what application are we printing from?
