What has happened to the Automatic duplex printing facility for the C7280 on the W7 64 bit platform?

Having just upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit platform, I am shocked to see that an automatic double sided duplex printing option is not available.  The is evironmentally very unfriendly!

Hi,

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers,

Right click the HP Photosmart C7200 icon, then click Printer Properties.

Under the Device Settings tab, mark the Two Sided Duplex Accessory as installed, then you will see the two-sided printing options.

And just to add, Did you installed the Full Feature Software? It allow you the same functionality as XP or Vista.

Yes, it was the full version of the software that I used.  Have just downloaded it again to make sure.  It allows booklet printing, but not standard double sided A4 printing.  Would appreciate any other ideas please!
