When I try and print a document the Save As dialog box pops up and my document doesn't print.

 My printer is a Kodak ESP C310, I am using Windows XP, There is no error message, I can use my printer as a copy machine and it will print, but not when use the print command from the laptop.

Hi,

 

Please check if the default printer is selected as your printer model under printers and faxes and then try printing again.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
