We have an HP Model CP3252 color printer that worked fine when we first started using it. Then one day when we printed a color document, the entire page was blue, with the images we wanted also printed on it. Then every time we printed something with color, the same thing happened - totally blue background, with whatever else printed on the sheet too. And the blue was not a light blue, it was a very definite blue, and the page was even a bit shiny from all of the toner needed for the blue coloring. I have tried to find a fix for this, but so far nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? If I set the printer to only print black, the problem goes away, but then what's the sense of having a color printer if we can't use it for color?
