The program is "Personal Plus" 2009 and runs correctly since being transferred to this new computer, When the program asks"do I want to Back up"? I click yes, then pick the corect drive, the back up screen shows but the disk drive does not light up. The disc drive does seem to work if I use it for other back up tasks. This failure to back up applies to a new disk or to an existing back up disc
