Windows XP HP Designjet 500 42 " printing a PDF file as banner size document (140" long x 22" high

Windows XP  HP Designjet 500 42"  Trying to print a PDF file as banner size document (140" long x 22" high).  Job processes like it is going to print--no error message.  In Windows print queue document file name shows up and status indicates printing but nothing prints.  Have used the printer with graphic size documents 18 x 24 and larger with no problem.

This forum is focused on consumer level products.  For the Designjet you may have better results posting in the HP Designjet forum here.
