align cartridge message continues poping up

deskjet F4400 - installed a new cartridge, the align new cartridge window pops up. i go throught the alignment routine but window continues poping up everytime the computer boots up and sometimes just randomly. it's just annoying.

Just to clarify...

 

When you say you're completing the alignment process, are you putting the alignment page that prints out on the scanner glass and pressing the scan button to complete the alignment?

Just Ignore and give the print command. It will print and after two or three prints it will stop.
