deskjet D4360 - hp solution center pops up every time i print a document. How do I disable it?

hp solution center pops up every time i print a document, just to tell me my printer is working.  It's really annoying. How do I disable it?

I'm using Windows XP

and, sorry, I mis-spoke, it doesn't pop up every time I print - but it does pop up annoyingly often.

I can't find any any settings/options that will keep it from doing this.
