HP Deskjet D1660 displays ' error 4, door open' on screen, but the door on printer is closed. I've tried resetting, opening and reclosing the door, and everything else the website recommends, but to no avail, Help! -using windows vista 32 bit

Hi jenni7694,
Need to have you check the door sensor arm on the door to make sure this is not broken. This is the little piece of plastic i have highlighted Red in my screenshot below.
