envy100 access door open error message

I have a HP Envy100 printer and it will not work because the screen displays access door open, please close. It looks closed and not sure why the message is displaying. I have unplugged and restarted the printer and still the same message. Any suggestions?

We may be able to resolve this with the HP Hardware Diagnostic utility. What is your operating system?
