error oxc18a0206

I have a error oxc18a0206 on my hp photoshop d7260. I have unplugged it, turned if off, replaced all cartridges as I was told to do on other posts but NOTHING is working!!!! Any help,  please. Please.

dear this error of the gridhead it is not moving because there are motor attached may this is failure
