f2180 color problem

Dear all,

 

I have the following issue:

 

the problem:

  • Printing results in wrong colors, blue turns magneta, yellow turns magneta

 

what i have done:

  • changed the ink cartridges twice (original HP!), they are still full of ink
  • printing test page
  • align cartridges
  • clean cartridges 
  • updated the driver
  • using different programs to print

 

I'm out of options, so I hope you have some new ideas...

Someone with the same problem/ maybe with different type of printer? Otherwise i will return it to HP...

 

easier if I could do it myself :smileyhappy:

Still no improvement and in the shop they couldn't help me. :smileysad:

last option: is there some way to reset the printer???

The printer used to work correctly, so if it is possible not to only reset the drivers, but the whole printer it can work again...

 

If not, then I'll just buy a new printer...

Hi,

 

I've got exactly the same problem and done all that stuff too.

 

Now, before I throw it out the window in a Hulk-like rage, has anyone got any ideas on this?
