i never expect my ds type of loss with HP company products ,,,i didnt got my printer  deskjet 4288,,yet,,amount 3600 rupees ,,insured ,,,,even you hav deducted that amount from overnite courier ,,,so you have to provide me nw printer....i havnt took any action yet due to lack of time ...you also dont care for your consumer...hope you wil co operate with us
