have checked all printing options.Still getting mismatch paper size. printer will not print (40 Views)

have checked all printing options.Still getting mismatch paper size. printer will not print

HP officejet 6500A Plus all in one:   model En

Everytime I try and print I get the mismatch paper size

I've tried to manually change on printer properties, uninstalled and reinstalled printer, went thro all you trouble shooting, still get

message of paper mismatch.  we just got this printer and it worked fine for a month then it has been doing this for over a week.  I am very frustrated, HELP!!!!!!!

Does the error occur in all programs?

Are you printing to letter size paper or other?

Since the printer is under warranty you should contact HP for free tech support.
