hp designjet 110 plus nr

I just installed this printer on windows 7 pro. Down loaded the drivers needed from hp-website.

It works but, black is printing a shade of blue as if empty. It's a new hp cartridge. Any ideas?

Also, I am missing  the maintenance tab. Where can I down load/ locate it?

 

If any can help, Thanks in advance.

This forum is focused on consumer level products.  For the Designjet you may have better results posting in the HP Enterprise Designjet forum here.
