hp deskjet 2480 writing problem

Hi, I have searched the topics but cant find a problem like mine. if there exists sorry from now. I buy hp deskjet 2480 all in one printer. scanning is good. copying is also good. but ı cant print. ı have downloaded HP Print Diagnostic Utility and everything seems fine. (green check) when ı tried a sample page it seems writing but nothing occurs. I am using windows XP operating system. I tried to change usb connections. thanks from now for your helps...
