hp photosmart c309a is wirelessly connected but won't print

My HP Photosmart c309a is wirelessly connected to my PC but whenever I click print, no error pop-ups show, no noises are made, but nothing happens. My Word documents won't print and just wait in queue. I've tried canceling and restarting the printings but nothing works.

Could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? What operating system is this?
