started out saying paper jam. i did everything according to help guide and found no jam. then it started saying cartridge jam. i tried to follow help guide, but cartridge is stuck to the right. i'm afraid to force it over. i see no jam. i was printing pictures at the time and there are no rips in the picture paper to have caused a jam. please help.

i already tried that. #7 says if it's stuck to the right, move it to the left. the problem is it won't move. i tried with some force, but if i try any harder i'll break it. i looked in to see if one of the ink cartridges was popped up causing it to not move, but they are fine. i tried tugging on the pully that moves it, but nothing. i think if i get it to move, that will solve the problem, but the carriage won't move for anything.

The C309g will have to be serviced or replaced.

Having exactly the same problem with the jammed carriage assembly. Where do you get it repaired? Sadly, my printer is just over a year old!
