laser jet 1022 just blinks the top yellow button. i turned it off in the middle of printing

I was in the middle of an unwanted print job and turned the 1022 off. Now when I try to print all I get is the top orange or yellow light blinking.

 

Please, I need the printer to work.

Hi MVW,

 

If you turned off the printer in the middle of a print job it sounds like you have a paper stuck somewhere in the printer. Below is a link to a document which will assist you.
