my computer hp photosmart c5180 all in one i think ran out of ink. i got a message that it would shut down if i did not refill cartridges. i think my grandson kept using it. now i went and got all new cartridges and installed them. but the printer will not come back on . its like its dead.any help will be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear you are having so much trouble like myself. Unfortuantely we have been ripped-off. You should read my post about how ridiculous this company is!!

kudos! i did not think to check the power cords. somehow the printer got disconnected. this mamaw is not a computer whiz, but thank god for you people that are! thanks again
