hp photosmart c5180 all in one

mac os x lion 10.7.3

printer freezes on select language

nothing changed

Hi - Here are a couple of things to try:

 

- Disconnect the printer from the computer - remove the USB cable from the back of the printer.  This will isolate the printer and narrow down the issue.

- If you're plugged into a surge protector, try plugging directly into a wall outlet.

i have tried this and has the same problem. i looks like the bin will help with this problem unless you have any other sugestions
