whats the exact model of your printer? A90a?a910?

Does this occur only when you copy or scan from the document feeder?  Try making a copy from the flatbed glass.  If this works then the issue is a smudge or spot on the thin (about 1" wide) glass on the left side that is used for the ADF.  Clean this glass to resolve the issue.

Hi..

Pls try this one...

 

 

Pls. do this steps...=)

 

1. while the printer is on, unplyg the power cord from the back of your printer.

2. While the printer is off, press and hold 3 and # keys  while reconnecting power cord.

3. this will reset your printer back to factoryu defaults- to clear the error messages on the printers memory.

4. If you see a message improper shutdown- just press ok..

5 select appropriate language nad country.. Wait for the printer to initialized.
