Hi,

 

I couldn't find anything directly related to the 0x error, but did find some troubleshooting to help.

 

Without turning off the product, Remove the cartridges from the product.

Wait for an insert cartridge message to display on the control panel.

Turn the product off.

Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.

Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.

If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.

My display said; Ink system failed. Unable to copy, receive faxes or print. Refer to printer documentation. Error Oxc19A0020

I have the Photosmart 3210. My ink levels are ok. Thanks

I am getting very frustrated with the set up of my HP printer.

I followed the directions correctly all the way through. The suystem is installed into my computer. I have followed the other emails regarding this same message. Turn off the machine wait 60 seconds remove the cartridges etc. etc.

IT IS NOT WORKING!

Ink system has failed. Unable to copy receive faxes or print.

Also the keyboard is not lighting up I only see the power button and the wireless blue symbol.

This si very frustrating!
