photo came out washed over in red. Help!

I recently got an Officejet 6500A Plus that I have on a wireless home network.  I have printed all kinds of documents, including a newsletter I received that had photos in it, and everything came out pretty true to color.

 

Yesterday, I tried to print a photo I had uploaded from my digital camera.  The photo is of 4 people in an indoor setting.  The print came out completely washed over in red.  You can just about make out the people in the photo.  I tried 3 different times - and they all came out the same.

 

Please help!
