photo printing on c410b

6 x 4 photographs on my Photosmart c410b come out skewed, although on installation the test print is fine.    How can this be adjusted?

Hi - When loading the photo paper, about all you can do is make sure it is snug against the right side of the photo tray and make sure the guide is nice and solid against the left side of the photo paper.  Take a look at the video in this document.

Thanks. Unfortunately I had already tried this and it does not solve the problem.
