photosmart 2710 problem

the paper does not seem to get fed evenly.  though the left side of the printout looks normal, the right side appears to be shrunken/compressed.  also, the printer stops with paper jam error message without real paper jam once in a while...

 

your suggestion/advice will be greatly appreciated!

Cleaning the rollers as described in this document may resolve the issue.
