photosmart 3310 all-in-one herhaling van incorrecte uitschakeling

bij het inschakelen van mijn printer krijg ik steeds de melding;

INCORRECTE UITSCHAKELING

ZET PRINTER UIT MET AAN-UITKNOP OM SCHADE TE VOORKOMEN.

GEBRUIK GEEN VOEDINGSSTRIPS OF WANDSCHAKELAAR.

DRUK OP OK.

Hoe krijg ik deze melding weg, heb alles geprobeerd aan/uitschakelen , stroom eraf en na 1 minuut weer ingeschakeld niets helpt.

Graag een advies

When you turn on my printer I always get the message;

INCORRECT SHUTDOWN

TURN PRINTER OFF WITH ON/OFF BUTTON TO PREVENT DAMAGE.

DO NOT USE VOEDINGSSTRIPS OR WALL SWITCH.

PRESS OK.

How do I get this message away, have tried everything on/off, power off and back on after 1 minute nothing helps.

Like an opinion
