photosmart c7280 locks up when printing.

photosmart c7280 locks up when printing. Cannot delete print job. Using vista. does this every few days.  Sometimes when printing photos, sometimes Word docs. Getting very frustrated. After a few days the print job clears and I can print a few jobs, then wham! locked up again. Any fix for this?

Hi - A couple things you might try.  First, if it locks up and won't print, go ahead and reboot the computer.  Typically that will clear the print queue.  If that doesn't work, try the steps in this document:
