printing streaks on both sides of paper Ihave tried all cleaning tools on printer nothing working ,printing 100 sheets of paper to see if that would clean rollers ,I am now thinking of changing ink cartridges only their  expense.

This seems to be a commercial product. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!
