HP Officejet 6500 Wireless

 

Printer does not print black -- all other colors OK.  Ran the diagnostics, cleaned the head, and replaced the cartridge.  Only get blank in areas that are supposed to be black.

could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? What is your operating system and does this happen with all programs we print from?
