printing problem

i have a hp photosmart c6280 and when i print everything has a green tint. I have changed the ink cartridges for light magenta and the dark magenta. When I print out a test page, the magentas don't print out but it says it has 100% ink. I have already cleaned the printheads. Any other recommendations?

Try this:

Go into the Printing Preferences for the C6280. Depends on the operating system, but generally right click the printer icon, select Printing Preferences, select the Color tab, then click/select Advanced Color Settings. In that window you can manipulate the overall print colors. Just a guess, but I would try reducing the Magenta?
