 I am sing a 5510 all in printer,instalation ok, and all seemed well untill I tried to print photos from my computer.in the print panel it says   INSTALL PRINTER, printer prints documents ,scans, all ok

 

error scans also return all ok,   any help please

Hi volvo ; I hope you are doing well; sorry to learn that you are having this issue.

 

Asuming that you are using Win Xp or later use this tool GO HERE

 

 

Let me know if it shows any errors I will do my best to help you.
