Hi kelle,
Can you provide more details on what you are attempting to do.
Are you wanting to reduce size while Printing, Scanning or Copying?

Thanks so much for your reply. I have been out of town and unable to respond. I have a picture in MY PICTURES folder. I would like to print it out so that it will be very small.....Nearly as small as a postage stamp. Also I would like to make the text of a document very small. I work with Miniatures and used to easily reduce the size of anything from my old printer. I now have an Office Jet 4620 and unable to do this? Hope you can help me. Thanks again.

Hi kelle,
In order to make the photo smaller you will need to use a photo editing program or Microsoft Paint to make the picture smaller. If you are going to do a stamp size printer you will need to print it on a larger size paper, and then cut it out. The printer has no way of printing a paper size that small. For the document you can reduce the text by changing the fonts being used in word processing application. Let me know if you still need additional assistance?
