the printer m1214 mfp reboot by itself

Description of the problem: When the printer start up, the word " initializing ..." appear on the LCD

after that the Ready screen appear for  10seconds after that " printing fax " appear for 3 seconds after that the printer reboot by itself and repeat the same things again and so on.

i make update the firmware but the problem still exist.

Thanks for the post.  With your M1214 behaving as such, I might recommend a product reset which should take it back to factory defaults.  I've included a link below that will assist with that process.  If that does not resolve the issue, we might look at getting the printer back to a ready status (if possible) and then running the FW update again.  Do not interrupt the FW update until complete.  Good Luck!

i made these procedures before and i made them again without correction.
