two sided printing problem

When I use the two-sided print mode, the margins are slightly shifted and the document is smaller than when I print single-sided mode (whether it's text or graphics).  Is there a way to make sure the document prints the same way it does in single-sided mode?

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Could you post a little more information about your setup? Here is a quick list that should allow us to troubleshoot the issue.

What printer your using?

What operating system your using?

What application(s) you are printing from?

The printer is an HP Photosmart 410 series; OS is Windows 7 & the problem occurs on multiple programs and when printing off the internet.
