Hi,
I have a all in one 6500 E709.
My problem is if will print one page. The printer will print the document 6 times instead 1 time.
Is there a solution.

Hard Reset – While printer is powered ON, pull
the power cord from the printer then from the
wall. After 30 seconds reconnect power to
wall and printer. This will trigger a ‘dirty
power up’ and restore the printer to a known
good condition (if it is possible). No user
settings are lost with a ‘hard reset’.
This ‘Hard Reset’ is one of the most powerful
tools to use when the printer hardware is not
functioning properly!
If not resolved, uninstall hp software & reinstall from hp website.

Kudos,
For now it works.
Thanks for the quick reply.
This is much quicker than get support from HP.
For future new hardware I will consider to buy another brand.
While there isn't an E-mail address or is hidden somewhere, to ask some questions.
Couldn't find a solution in the frequent asked questions etc.
But thanks anyway for your quick response. It was for me a great help.

You can actually chat with HP professionals on the hp website and it is for free...regardless of the warranty.

Hi,
I followed your option to do a hard reset, yesterday it helped.
But today it was the same again multi pages.
Is there a setting in the registery that do this.
Is this the only way to solve this problem, delete the printer and do a reinstall?
Is there an another option to reset the printer if he is done with his task?
Henk
