Hello HP,

I have this very important issue I want to discuss about.

"All the apps and the data, including pictures, vids, etc, was erased mistakenly on my HP touchpad. Kindly, It would be so generous act of you to help get solve my problem, in a simple form and through easy steps."

my tablet is dead. will not turn on and all of the fixes except the hpwebos reboot fix has been tried.  however, I didint set up an account to access the webos fix.  is there a way to access that fix without an account?

What is the "webOS reboot fix"?

 

If you didn't have the Backup app turned on, or you never created a webOS account when you turned on the tablet for the first time, then unfortunately the data has not been saved.   :-(

i got a second hand hp MD1LE-3062 as a present bt i cnt access its functions because its pin locked, how can i remove the pin code

A Google search for "MD1LE-3062"  produced zero hits.  Could you explain what device that may be?
