Hi, I have a virgin rooter, the passphrase is all in lowcase; the printer insists on displaying the first character as capital therefore no recognised by the rooter as been the same as the passphase. I have double checked the instructions and have found nothing on how to use lowcase only. Would be pleased if someone could get back to me. I am disable and use all the features of the 4500 faxing from computer etc. great if someone could reply swiftly

Hi WHYDONTHPWORK,
If you press the designated key more than once it will scroll throught the available options.
Example: If you press the #2 on the ten key pad more than once you will scroll to A, B, C, a, b, c, 2
