6310 AIO is not detected for installation

I cannot get my 6310 All-In-One installed because the printer isn't detected.

The printer is connected via ethernet.

If I try to add a printer from windows, it does not find the printer.

 

I can ping the printer and it is ok.

I can bring up the printer page by entering the ip address into my browser.

The HP Network Diagnostics locate the printer

 

 

How can I install the printer?

 

 

Details:

   OS:      Windows 7 Ultra (32 bit)

   Driver:  Window 7s aio driver:13.1.0
