My fax machine shares a phone line with an Ingenico ICT220 card processing machine They are connected to phone sockets in different parts of the shop, which are wired from the same phone line. This worked OK until I replaced the old fax with the Officejet 6500A. Now, whenever the card machine tries to call the authorization centre, the call seems to be blocked. I presume the 6500 hears the outgoing call and tries to answer it. Is there anything I can change in the setup of the 6500 to stop this happening?
