I get error message "activex controls only accept fonts that are defined in graphicsunit.point"
when I use HP Document Viewer 7 to get to my scans or pictures. I have a HP OfficeJet 6310 all in one printer.
I uninstalled all HP software and drivers, rebooted the computer, then re-installed using the latest software and I still get the error. I used this file to install - AiO_071_000_201_000_CDA_Default-Full_Network_Ame

I had same problem. Mine is now fixed. I uninstalled HP 6310; uninstalled Security Update for Microsoft NET framework 1.1 (found in Downloads); reinstalled HP software. Everything is scanning, opening and printing fine for me now.
(Unplug printer from computer and turn off printer before uninstalling. Wait to connect printer back to computer until software is reinstalled.
Hope this helps!
