Alignment

With my HP Photosmart C3180 All-in-One Printer, Scanner, Copier every time the unit's power button is pushed to turn it on an alignment page is printed wasting ink. Any way to stop this short of leaving the printer on all the time.

Same thing happened to me with a HP 2050A. I have asked on forum since 3 March 2012, but no one can reply to help - It's not good this mark HP

Have you tried to do the alignment? Does it produce any errors?
