Hi Digiwilf,
The document at the link below will assist you with getting ePrint setup and working. You should have received a print out when you installed the printer instructing you to go to www.eprintcenter.com to add the printer and customize your email address of the printer.

Thanks that was a bit of help but when I get to the 'Printer Code' I can't find that so can't add the printer - I didn't get a printout when I loaded the CD - is there another way of getting the address or do I have to uninstall and start again? Is the 'code' asked for in ePrinter centre the IP address the Host address or the MAC number or something else altogether?

Hi Digiwilf,
If you press the Web Services icon and it indicates it already enabled, then press the print info page button. Once the information page prints continue with Step 4 below. If the Web Services asks for you to enable it follow the steps below to get the printer setup on ePrint.
- From the product control panel, touch the Web Services icon (
), and then touch Settings . - Touch Enable Web Services , and then touch OK .
- Touch Yes to accept the terms of use. An information page prints. The information page contains a printer code that you will use to register your HP product at ePrintCenter in the next step.
- Go to ePrintCenter , and then click Sign In . The Sign In to ePrintCenter window opens.
- In the Sign In to ePrintCenter window, click Sign Up to create a new account. The Sign Up for an ePrintCenter account window opens.
- Enter your information in the text fields, and then click Sign Up . The Add a Printer to your Account window opens.
- In the Enter Printer Code text box, type the printer code found on the information page that you printed in the previous step.
- Click OK . The You have successfully added your printer window opens.
- On the You have successfully added your printer window, click Setup . The Customize Printer Email Address window opens.
- Enter an email address in the dialog box. The email can be 6 to 30 characters, and can be a combination of letters, numbers, an underscore, and up to two dots.
- Click Check. The ePrintCenter system checks if the email address is available.
- If the email address is available, click Save .
- If the email address is not available, try to check for another email address, or click one of the suggested addresses, and then click Save

I have pressed the Webservices button - it shows the Web Services as ON - I press Print Report and it then says 'Web Services must be enabled! If I go into Settings it asks if I want to Remove Web Services and I say NO assuming that it will leave Web Services active but then when I come to Print Report again it says Web Services must be enabled ! I'm baffled - HELP!

Hi Digiwilf,
Ok, First make sure your printer is connected to an active internet connection. Go into settings and remove Web Services, and then follow the steps in my previous post to setup Web services again.
